  • Professional advisers: lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers, and security consultants.
  • Legal and safety: regulators, law enforcement, courts, or third parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service.

  • With your direction: when you connect a service, request support, participate in a promotion, or otherwise ask us to share information.

We do not sell personal information for cash. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. See the choices section below.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, tags, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand conversions, improve content, and protect the service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect checkout, login, subscriptions, preferences, or access verification.

6. Wallet and $TMAI Access

Some Token Metrics access can be based on $TMAI holdings or wallet-related evidence. If you connect or submit a wallet address, we may use that address and public blockchain data to check eligibility, prevent abuse, support migration or access workflows, and maintain audit records.

Public blockchain data is public by design and may remain visible even if you later delete an account or unsubscribe. Do not submit wallet information you do not want associated with your Token Metrics support or access request.

  • Opt-out rights: Some jurisdictions provide rights to opt out of targeted advertising, certain sharing, or certain profiling. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We may retain information where required for security, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or service-integrity purposes.

8. Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, customer support, legal compliance, accounting, security, audits, and dispute resolution.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
